ส.ค. 1 (สิทธิครอยครอง) เป็นเอสารสิทธิ์ครอบครองที่ดินสำหรับผู้ที่อยู่ - อาศัย - ทำกิน ในพื้นที่ดินก่อนที่คณะปฎิรูป ปัจจุบัน ส.ค.1 มีเหลืออยู่ไม่มากนักที่ยังไม่มารับโฉนดที่ดิน ซึ่งการขอรับโฉนดที่ดินได้สิ้นสุดลงเมื่อปลายเดือนมีนาคม 2553 ที่ดิน ส.ค.1 มีการครอบครองโดยมิชอบหรือไม่ คำตอบก็คือ "มี" และมีมากไม่แพ้ ส.ป.ก. เลยทีเดียว ที่ดิน ส.ค.1 รีสอร์ท หรือโรงแรมในเกาะภูเก็ต เกาะสมุย ฯลฯ มีหลายแห่งที่มาจาก ส.ค.1 ที่มีการพิสูจน์ผู้มีสิทธิ์ครอบครองอย่าง คลุมเครือ มีผู้อ้างว่าได้อยู่ในพื้นที่ดินนั้นๆเป็นเวลานาน หรือบรรพบุรุษได้ครอบครองที่นั้นๆ ก่อนที่กฎหมายที่ดินจะประกาศใช้ ซื้อที่ดิน ส.ค.1 ควรให้ผู้ครอยครองที่ดินไปออกเป็นโฉ |
| Sor Cor 1 is registration document for those who have lived on the land plot long before the land reform authority designate the lamd plot to be uses as So Po Gor, protected forest land or nation's forest park
to received Sor Cor 1 must proven he/she or ancestor have lived in the area long before the land reform tookplace currently there's only a few existing holder of Sor Cor 1 document, the dateline for submit Sor Cor 1 for titledeed has passed it has ended in March 2010, for those who has not submitted intime will have to ask the court for titledeed are there fraudulent in Sor Cor 1? many, perhaps as many as Sor Po Gor, many of Sor Cor 1 land are in prime property such as upon the hill and the beachfront and most Sor Cor 1 property can be develop into resort as you can see in Phuket and Samui Island etc. the controversy of proving some of hotel or resort in Phuket and Samui are exist but in most case government surrender to the evidence presented to them by the land plot's owner (to be) buying land plot with Sor Cor 1 document should let owner obtain title deed |
